What can I do to lose weight?

Eat less fast foods, fried food, candy, cookies, desserts, cheese, burgers and ice cream. Eat whole grains and fresh vegetables. Walk or do another exercise you like for one-half hour (or more) each day. The best diet/exercise programmes work over a long period of time. Crash diets do not work.
